Valancogne & Partners – three generations at the service of exceptional real estate

Located in Eygalières, in the heart of the Alpilles, the Valancogne & Partners agency combines nearly forty years of experience in the service of exceptional real estate in the fields of sales and seasonal rentals.

Founded in 1984 by Marc Valancogne, it has been in the hands of his son, Olivier Valancogne, for the past eighteen years, to whom he has transmitted his intimate knowledge of the region. While the third generation is on its way, with Alexandre, the Valancogne name continues to make its mark on the market of high-end properties in the Alpilles and the neighboring Luberon.

Since the birth of the agency in Saint-Rémy de Provence and its arrival four years later in Eygalières, a jewel of the Alpilles whose founder had sensed, well before the others, the rare potential, Valancogne & Partners totals more than 500 sales, all of them based on values that are the guarantee of the filiation: expertise and professionalism.

Highlights in the Alpilles

30 minutes by car from the TGV station in Avignon, 45 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and less than an hour from the creeks of Marseille, the Alpilles, a still preserved Provencal jewel, welcomes you. A land of culture, tradition and nature.

Eygalieres, “the gem of the Alpilles”

This charming village is perched on the summit of a small hill, facing the Alpilles. Time has no meaning here, the careful restauration of the old buildings retains their authenticity. At the top of its rocky peak stands the Tour de l'Horloge, the symbol of Eygalieres' independence, and a statue of the Virgin Mary has watched over the village since 1893.

All around Eygalieres, you can stroll through fields of olive trees and vineyards producing IGP Alpilles, Coteaux d'Aix-en Provence or Les Baux de Provence appellations. Don't miss the famous 12th-century Saint-Sixte chapel or the Friday morning Provencal market.
