Located close to the centre of the charming village of Eygalières, at the foot of the Alpilles and just 10 minutes from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, this bright villa of approximately 180 m² can accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor, the property features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading to the dining area and TV lounge, a separate WC with washbasin, a double en-suite bedroom with dressing room and shower room, as well as two double bedrooms sharing a shower room with double washbasins. One of these bedrooms also benefits from two additional 80 cm single beds.

On the lower ground floor (-1), you will find a double bedroom with shower room and WC, offering direct access to the swimming pool. This bedroom also includes two 80 cm single beds. A games room equipped with a pool table, table football and a dartboard is also located on this level.

The house is fully air-conditioned, with the exception of the bedroom opening directly onto the pool area and the games room. It is also equipped with a water softening system, ensuring treated water throughout the property.

Outside, the beautifully landscaped 1,643 m² garden, planted with olive trees, laurels and colourful flower beds, provides the perfect setting for relaxation. A lovely wooden terrace with a fully equipped summer kitchen allows guests to enjoy al fresco dining, while a covered outdoor lounge area offers a comfortable space to unwind.

The 10 x 4 metre swimming pool, with a depth of 1.60 metres, is secured by an electric safety cover and can be heated if required (supplement of €150 per week during April). It is surrounded by seven sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the Provençal sunshine throughout the day.

For leisure activities, a pétanque court and a badminton set are also available for guests to enjoy.

For stays of more than one week, household linen is changed at the end of each week to ensure optimal comfort throughout your stay.
