Children's paradise

This family home, built in 2021 and designed by architects Hauvette & Madani, is just a short walk from the centre of the village of Eygalières, in the heart of the Alpilles.

The ground floor is occupied by a light and airy living area : a lounge with a large sofa, fireplace, television and plenty of board games, a French window opening onto a terrace shaded by a trellis; a dining room ; a fully-equipped kitchen and a utility/laundry room. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace where you can enjoy meals prepared a la plancha and pizzas fresh from the pizza oven.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a children's bedroom with two bunk beds and the master suite. All have en suite shower rooms with WCs and lovely views over the Alpilles and the Old Village.

The garden has many trees and rose bushes and a beautiful lawn. The pool area is secured by a wooden fence with a gate, and the 13 x 5 m pool is covered by an automatic cover. From the comfortable summer lounge, you can keep an eye on the children playing in the pool. On the other side of the house, you'll find the petanque court, lit up at night, a children's play house and an abundant vegetable garden where you can enjoy a varied harvest every day.

For your comfort, the house has air conditioning upstairs and underfloor cooling downstairs. The house is generously equipped to keep children occupied, with plenty of pool, outdoor (darts, archery, boxing bag, etc.) and board games.

Price per week depending on season. Agency fees payable by tenants included. 2 hours of mid-week cleaning included during high season. Tourist tax extra.
