Fully air-conditioned throughout, the villa offers bright and beautifully arranged living spaces. The lounge and dining area open seamlessly onto the outdoor spaces, creating the perfect setting for enjoying convivial moments with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan and connected to the main living area.

The sleeping accommodation comprises three en-suite bedrooms, each with its own shower room or bathroom to ensure comfort and privacy for every guest. Two bedrooms are furnished with Queen Size beds (160 × 200 cm), while the third features two single beds (90 cm), ideal for children or friends.

Outside, Clos des Alpilles invites you to relax with its beautiful 10 × 4-metre swimming pool (unheated), surrounded by a pleasant outdoor living area. The terrace, furnished with a large dining table beneath a pergola, is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. For added comfort on sunny days, an electric awning creates a generous shaded area, allowing you to make the most of the terrace at any time of day.
